Senior vp of PR and marketing for Bethesda Pete Hines also penned a blog on Bethesda’s website, reinforcing the idea that “the expectation is that Bethesda Softworks and our studios will continue as we have in the past,” only now with “more support and resources than we’ve ever had before.”
Microsoft announced its intent to purchase Bethesda in September for $7.5 billion. Earlier this week the European Union approved of the sale, paving the way for today’s announcement.
